Shipping & Delivery Policy – Special Equipment Service Group (SESG)

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read along with them. By placing an order with Special Equipment Service Group (SESG), you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Options

a) In-Store Pickup

Customers can opt for in-store pickup for all purchases.

  • Pickup Location: SESG Office

  • Timing: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM (IST)

  • Customers will receive an email/confirmation once the order is ready for pickup

b) Delivery Across India

We provide delivery services across India to the customer’s provided address.

2. Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days to 3 months, depending on product availability and order specifications

  • In case of stock unavailability, any advance received will be refunded within 7–14 working days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping may be offered free on select orders

  • SESG reserves the right to apply shipping charges depending on product type, quantity, and delivery location

4. Third-Party Logistics

In certain cases, shipping and delivery may be handled by third-party logistics partners or suppliers. SESG is not directly responsible for delays caused by such third parties.

5. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or message to monitor shipment status.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Not all shipping options are available for all products

  • Orders are dispatched only on working days (Monday to Saturday)

  • Deliveries to defence areas, Army locations, or remote/ODA areas may require additional processing and delivery time

7. Delivery Delays

If delivery is delayed due to any reason (logistics, weather, operational issues, etc.), SESG will inform the customer and provide an updated estimated delivery timeline.

8. Risk During Transit

All products are properly checked and packed before dispatch.
However, SESG shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage once the shipment is handed over to the courier/logistics partner.

9. Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address and the shipment is returned, re-shipping charges may apply. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting logistics and handling charges.
