Refund & Cancellation Policy – Special Equipment Service Group (SESG)

Special Equipment Service Group (SESG) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

SESG may cancel any order(s) under the following circumstances:

  • If a fraudulent transaction is suspected

  • If the transaction is not in accordance with our Terms & Conditions

  • For any reason beyond our control, including delivery-related issues

  • If the product is out of stock or discontinued

  • Due to logistical or operational difficulties

Refund / Cancellation / Return Policy

The following conditions shall apply:

a) Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

If the buyer cancels the order before dispatch, the order amount will be refunded after deduction of applicable processing charges.

b) Order Cancellation (After Dispatch)

Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

c) After Delivery

Once the product has been delivered, it shall not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

d) Digital Products

In case of products/services involving online data or downloadable content, cancellation is not permitted.

e) Failed Transactions / Double Payment

In case of failed transactions or double deduction for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded after deduction of applicable processing charges.

f) Bank Charges

Any bank or payment gateway charges incurred during transactions may be non-refundable.

g) Refund Timeline

SESG does not guarantee exact timelines for refunds, as processing depends on banks and payment gateways.

h) Partial Cancellation

In case of partial cancellation of an order, the refund amount will be calculated proportionately after deducting applicable charges.

i) Product Condition & Transit

All products are tested and securely packed before dispatch.
SESG shall not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
No replacement, return, or refund will be applicable for transit-related damages.

j) Incorrect Address

If an incorrect delivery address or pincode is provided and the shipment is returned to SESG, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting:

  • Forward and return shipping charges

  • Packaging costs

  • Processing charges

k) Refusal to Accept Delivery

If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment, SESG reserves the right to deduct both forward and return shipping charges before processing any refund.

l) Third-Party Collection

If the buyer authorizes any third party to collect the parcel and later claims non-delivery, SESG and its logistics partners shall not be responsible.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
